999k Baji Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

• "999k" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to 999k Baji, the online gaming platform available at 999k-baji.com and its associated mobile applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any registered user of the 999k platform.
• "Account" — the personal player account created upon successful registration on 999k.
• "Wallet" — the PKR balance held within your 999k account, consisting of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited into your 999k wallet from your own PKR payment sources, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits added to your wallet by 999k subject to specific wagering or other conditions.
• "Services" — all betting markets, games, features, promotions and tools available through the 999k platform.
• "Verification" — the identity and payment verification process required before first-time withdrawals and at other times as determined by 999k.

2Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a 999k account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 999k or any related platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or using the account.

One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one 999k account at any time. Creating, operating or benefiting from multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a violation of these Terms. This includes creating a second account after a first account has been closed or suspended. Players found to have multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited without exception.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your 999k account, and to update your information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name or false contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3Account Security

Your 999k account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. 999k strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — it is free, takes thirty seconds to set up, and dramatically reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Never share your password or account access with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 999k support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Where 999k reasonably suspects that your account has been compromised, we may temporarily restrict access to protect your funds. We will contact you via your registered mobile number or email to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

4Deposits and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

999k accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer to Pakistani bank accounts, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 999k is Rs 200. There is no mandatory maximum deposit; however, individual payment methods may have their own transaction limits which are displayed at the time of deposit.

Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds received from third parties, including funds borrowed or obtained through fraudulent means, is strictly prohibited. 999k conducts transaction monitoring and may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds.

5Withdrawals

Eligibility to Withdraw

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Real Money Funds — meaning the PKR you have deposited yourself — are never subject to wagering requirements and are always withdrawable. Bonus Funds become withdrawable only when all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

Identity Verification Requirement

Before processing your first withdrawal, 999k is required to verify your identity. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure. Verification requires you to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity document (CNIC or NICOP) and confirmation that your registered payment method matches the name on your 999k account. Verification is normally completed within a few minutes during business hours and is a one-time process — subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless your account details change.

Processing Times

Once your withdrawal request is submitted and your identity is verified, 999k processes withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically within five to fifteen minutes. Bank transfers typically complete within one to two business hours. 999k does not control the time taken by your payment provider to credit funds to your account after release from 999k's side.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account withdrawal section. Players who have reached higher account tiers may have elevated limits. Contact 999k support if you have a specific withdrawal requirement that exceeds displayed limits.

6Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms

999k offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, time limit and any maximum withdrawal amount applicable to bonus winnings. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager using bonus funds (or real money, as specified) before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Only wagers that comply with the specific bonus terms (correct game type, minimum odds, etc.) count towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to share bonus benefits — is strictly prohibited. 999k monitors for bonus abuse patterns and will cancel bonuses and associated winnings, and may close accounts, where abuse is identified.

7Betting Rules

General

All bets placed on 999k are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game or market in question, as displayed within the platform at the time of betting. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 999k reserves the right to void bets or amend odds where errors have occurred, including typographical errors, technical errors or incorrect market data.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed when you have received a bet confirmation reference number from 999k's system. Do not assume a bet has been placed because you have clicked a button — always wait for the confirmation reference. 999k is not responsible for bets that did not complete due to connection loss or device failure before the confirmation was received.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within each market on the 999k platform. 999k reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where necessary for risk management purposes. Where such limits are applied, the affected player will be notified.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For live cricket betting on 999k, markets may be suspended at any time during play — including between deliveries — at 999k's discretion for risk management purposes. Bets placed during a suspension period are void. In the case of match abandonment, reduced overs or other exceptional events, 999k follows standard cricket betting industry rules, details of which are available in the 999k help centre.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999k and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the 999k platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system glitches for financial gain. Players who identify such errors must report them to 999k support immediately.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud or money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks) without first raising the issue with 999k support.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to 999k at any time.
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order on 999k or any affiliated platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including paid tipping services, account managers or any other arrangement where a third party controls your 999k account.

9Refer a Friend Programme

999k's Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn commission by referring new players to the platform. Participation in the programme is subject to these general Terms and the specific programme terms available on the Refer a Friend page.

Key Programme Rules

• Referrals must be genuine — referring yourself via a separate account, or referring individuals who do not intend to use the platform as genuine players, is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Mass unsolicited distribution of referral links (spam) via SMS, email or any messaging platform is prohibited.
• Commission is earned on net deposits by referred players, not on gross turnover or withdrawals.
• 999k reserves the right to modify commission rates, tier thresholds and programme terms with reasonable notice to participants.
• Referral commissions may be withheld pending verification where suspicious activity is detected in referred player accounts.

10Responsible Gaming

999k is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players at all times:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — set maximum loss thresholds over any defined period.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum duration for any single gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period — take a break from the platform for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from 999k. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, even at your request.

11Privacy and Data Protection

999k collects, stores and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on 999k, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 999k collects data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and law enforcement authorities as required by our legal obligations.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 999k platform — including the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game content and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of 999k or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from 999k without our express prior written permission. This includes screenshotting or recording game outcomes for commercial purposes, creating tools that interact with 999k's systems, or using 999k's brand name or logos in any context without authorisation.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999k's liability to you is limited as follows:

• 999k is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, consequential losses or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.
• 999k is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• 999k is not liable for interruptions to service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including payment network outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• In any event, 999k's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by You

You may close your 999k account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Suspension or Closure by 999k

999k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: these Terms have been materially breached; fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity is suspected; identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable period of request; a self-exclusion order applies; or in compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where breach is confirmed, forfeited.

15Changes to These Terms

999k reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to you by email or in-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect. Minor or non-material changes (such as clarifications, corrections or administrative updates) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 999k platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, together with the date of last revision shown at the top. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

16Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 999k shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 999k is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with 999k, the correct process is:

1. Contact 999k customer support via live chat or email and explain your complaint in full. Most disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 to 48 hours.
2. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to the 999k complaints team. Escalated complaints receive a formal written response within seven business days.
3. If you remain unsatisfied after the formal complaints process, you may pursue any available legal remedies through appropriate channels.

Please do not initiate chargebacks through your payment provider as a first-step dispute response — this constitutes a breach of these Terms. Raise all payment disputes through 999k support first, where they will be handled promptly and fairly.
